Refund Policy
At AS PEDRAS, we are committed to offering you quality products and ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, here is our refund and replacement policy.
1. Conditions for Replacement or Refund
We accept returns and replacement requests in the following cases:
Jewelry or Manufacturing Error: If the jewelry has a manufacturing or assembly defect, we will replace the piece free of charge.
User-Caused Damage: If the jewelry has been damaged as a result of impact or misuse (breakage by the wearer), it will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Assembly Defect: If an assembly defect is found (such as a poorly set stone or a defective clasp), we will repair or replace the piece at no additional cost.
2. Return Procedure
If you wish to request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at bijouterie.aspedras@gmail.com. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions for returning your product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Refund
Once the returned item has been inspected, if it is eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the error is ours.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective piece of jewelry or an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will send you a replacement product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Exclusions
Custom-made items cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is found.
